Our Commitment to the Lifelong Well-Being of Every Puppy
At SnowBloom Bichons, the health, safety, and happiness of our puppies is our highest priority. Each Bichon Frise puppy is raised inside our family home, carefully monitored, and provided with proper veterinary care before joining their new family.
We proudly offer a 2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee to give our families confidence and peace of mind.
Every SnowBloom puppy:
Is examined by a licensed veterinarian
Receives age-appropriate vaccinations
Is dewormed according to schedule
Is microchipped (if applicable)
Is cleared of visible signs of illness at time of pickup
Comes with a health record
We do not release any puppy that is not in good health.
Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious, life-threatening illness that was present prior to leaving our care, we must be notified immediately.
If verified in writing by the examining veterinarian, the buyer may:
Return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value
OR
Receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping or transport costs)
This does not cover minor issues such as parasites, stress-related conditions, mild colds, or environmental adjustments.
SnowBloom Bichons guarantees that your puppy is free from life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of birth.
Covered conditions include:
Severe genetic heart defects
Debilitating hereditary disorders
Life-threatening organ malformations
Severe congenital structural abnormalities
If within 2 years a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening hereditary condition, written documentation must be provided from two licensed veterinarians.
Upon confirmation, SnowBloom Bichons will offer:
A replacement puppy from a future litter
OR
A partial refund up to the purchase price (breeder’s discretion)
