In-Person Puppy Pickup (Highly Encouraged)
We absolutely love when families can come in person to pick up their puppy at our location in Sheridan, Wyoming. Meeting you face-to-face allows us to:
Walk you through care instructions
Answer questions in detail
Ensure a smooth transition for your puppy
Seeing our puppies go home with their families is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Important Health Precautions Before Visiting
Because Bichon Frise puppies are still developing their immune systems, we take health precautions very seriously.
Before coming for pickup, we ask that:
You do not visit other breeders, kennels, dog parks, or pet stores beforehand
Shoes and clothing are clean and free from exposure to unfamiliar dogs
Anyone feeling unwell postpone the visit if necessary
These precautions help prevent the spread of illnesses that puppies can be vulnerable to, especially small-breed puppies like Bichon Frise Puppies. Protecting their health is critical during this early stage.
Pickup Timing & Reservation Policy
Our puppies are in high demand, and we ask that buyers be prepared to:
Pick up their puppy within one week after contacting us once the puppy is ready
If you are unable to come within that time:
A $300 non-refundable reservation deposit can be placed
This deposit will hold your puppy for up to 15 days
The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price
This policy helps us ensure every puppy has a confirmed, committed home while remaining fair to all interested families.
Our Commitment to You
No matter which option you choose—pickup or delivery—our goal is the same:
A safe, comfortable journey
A healthy, well-prepared puppy
A positive experience for both puppy and family
If you have questions about the best option for your location or circumstances, we are always happy to guide you through the process.
